It is through the truth of God's Word and having his holy spirit that I can maintain this lifestyle called holiness. One thing I know is you can't treat your salvation like a yo-yo diet. On a week, off the next. This year you're going to obey God's commandments, next year you need a break. No, my sister. This is a consistent lifestyle choice. I'm so glad you chose to please him through your daily living. It's our reasonable service unto him.
Pk here as they call it. Grew up in the church my entire existence. Going to church and the ways of church is what I knew but what I didn't have was a true relationship with Christ. Going to church and being the church are two different things. I say that to say, I was still out there sinning and pleasing the flesh all while portraying salvation.
For many of us church babies, we had to go through some life altering experiences with God and the devil. BUT I'm glad to say that Jesus rescued me, saved me, and now I give him my life wholeheartedly through a life of everyday in everyway holy living.

Hey Sis.
I'm not going to tell you anything new here in this step. You believe living holy is possible, you want this transformation, and now you must
actually DO what it takes to make it happen. James 2:17 "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone". In John 2:5, Mary tells the servants,
"Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it."
Now is the time to do the work.
Don't doubt, just DO. The best part about it is that
you won't be doing it alone.
God is the God of fresh starts.
Even in our mess ups, he uses those experiences to mold us into sisters that realize the magnitude of the fall that built the stairway to our transformation in HIM.
Don't be afraid to start. As the scripture says, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed;
for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea,
I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."
